Who is it meant for?
This program is designed specifically for individuals suffering from mild depression symptoms, anxiety, traumatic experiences, loss of a loved one, Burnout or PTSS. This program aims to provide a roadmap to systematically healing emotional wounds (Childhood or adult life) and restoring joy, energy, and vitality.
